Mae 170 o blant yr ardal yn mynd i Ysgol Gwaun Gynfi. Mr Gareth Parry yw'r prifathro ers 1997. Mae 7 o athrawon eraill yn dysgu yn yr ysgol. Mae plant yr ysgol yn gweithio'n galed (meddai'r plant!!!).
Glas a gwyn yw gwisg yr ysgol. Caiff y plant gyfle i chwythu corn a recorder. Yn ystod Tymor yr Hydref a thymor y Gwanwyn mae'r Urdd yn cyfarfod pob yn ail nos Fawrth.
Bob wythnos mae plentyn o bob dosbarth yn cael eu dewis gan yr athrawon i fod yn Seren yr Wythnos. Er mwyn derbyn y tystysgrif rhaid i'r plentyn weithio'n galed, ymddwyn yn gwrtais a helpu eraill.
170 children attend Gwaun Gynfi School. Mr Gareth Parry is the headmaster since 1997. There are 7other teachers in the school. The children work very hard in school (according to the children not the teachers!!!)
The school uniform is blue and white. The children receive recorder and horn lessons. Every other Tuesday during the Autumn term and the Spring term the Urdd meets after school.
Every week the teachers nominate a child from every class to be " Star of the Week". The child must work hard, be polite an help others to gain his certificate.
