Castle in The Wind
I can smell the Autumn arriving slowly
The river swirls around my finger like a diamond ring
The rock is a balcony high above
The moonlight shines down at the water
As the balcony reaches over the small winding river
The fox is howling
Standing on the balcony
The howl you can hear a mile away
As it echoes through the night
The swallows fly through the moonlight
Like bullets from a gun
I can feel the sun starting to drop
As I go back into the castle
The castle of the night
With its deep moat around it
With a tree under which two small fox cubs lie
The wind began to BLOW and BLOW
Until all things were gone
All you could hear now was the whisper of the breeze
