Cold Morning

When I woke it was bitterly cold,
The pipes were frozzzzzen,
So were my toes.
The lock of the door was as stiff as a rusty nut
We were trapped in our house for years.....Or so it seemed.
We dailed 9...9...9...,
But the phone was dead.
We were trapped in our house for ever.

Then a gust of wind flew in my face...
The door had been broken down.
Outside it was like the North Pole on very cold nights,
But one thing was good,
We were FREEEEEEEE
There was snow all around and not a blade of grass in sight
through
the white velvet
I stayed at my mate's house
I had cups and cups of hot cocoa
And watched television until midnight.
Stayed in bed the next day.
The doctor said I'd come down with flu.
Two days later my voice was as shrill as a whistle.

Back we went to our house,
It was much warmmmmmmmmmmmer than two days ago.
But the following morning.....
It happened again.
No wonder......
It was Friday the thirteenth.
HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!!!!!!
